I'd like to say I've never been made to feel so welcome in a village. When I moved to Calverton three years ago, I was told, "You don't want to be moving to Calverton Peter, it's a very racist place." And I've never suffered any racism at all, and people have been so wonderful to me. So thank you for what you've done. Now, there are sometimes people who might get upset because they see properties going up here, there and everywhere, and I do get that. But if it makes anybody feel better, me and my wife, Tracy, have never been so happy since we've moved here. So thank you for very much what you've done, and this is our forever home. Thank you. Bye-bye.
